ZIPLINE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Zipline Adventures at Hòfi Mango Park. By purchasing a ticket and participating in this activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Hòfi Mango Park.
Explicit exemption from liability
- Participation in the Zipline at Hòfi Mango Park is entirely at your own risk. Ziplining is an outdoor adventure activity that involves certain inherent risks.
- Het Huis van Asporaat Curaçao, Hòfi Mango Park, Zipline Adventures and any appointed administrators, employees, guides, or operators cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, accident, loss of property, or any other harm that may occur before, during, or after participation in the zipline activity, regardless of the cause.
- By purchasing a ticket and participating in the zipline experience, you explicitly accept this exemption from liability.
Safety and participation rules
- For your safety and the safety of others, the instructions of the zipline guides must always be followed.
- Participants must comply with all safety requirements communicated by staff. Staff members reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not follow safety instructions or whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.
- Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Participation may be refused if a participant appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Participants are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions that could affect their ability to safely participate.
Arrival time
- Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked timeslot.
- This time is necessary for check-in, safety briefing, and equipment preparation.
- If you arrive late, participation in the booked tour cannot be guaranteed. If the group has already departed, you may be refused participation in that tour.
- If availability allows, you may be rescheduled to join a later tour on the same day.
No-refund policy
- All zipline ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to use your ticket at the booked date or time, rescheduling to another available date or timeslot may be possible in consultation with Zipline Adventures staff. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- It is the responsibility of the guest to review and ensure that they meet all participation requirements before purchasing a ticket and attending the activity. This includes, but is not limited to, minimum and maximum weight limits, height requirements, age restrictions, and any other safety requirements communicated by Zipline Adventures.
- Failure to meet these requirements upon arrival does not entitle the guest to arefund.
- In the event that a zipline tour is cancelled by Hòfi Mango or Zipline Adventures due to extreme weather conditions (such as thunderstorms, strong winds or other unsafe conditions) or other operational or safety reasons, guests will be offered the possibility to reschedule their booking to another available date or timeslot. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued.
- Rain is not considered a reason for cancellation, and tours will generally continue in rainy conditions unless the weather is deemed unsafe by the operators.
General conduct
- Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards nature, staff, and other visitors.
- Hòfi Mango cq. Het Huis van Asporaat Curaçao cq. Zipline Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from the activity if they violate park rules or behave in a way that may cause danger or disruption.
